US LNG export capacity is growing quickly
The US currently has the capacity to export apprimately 2 bcf/d of LNG from a single facility at Sabine Pass. By the end of 2019 that capacity will increase to between 10 and 11 bcf/d.
There are 4 more projects approved with additional 7 bcf/d of capacity approved but not yet under construction. Summary analysis from Institute for Energy Research is here, and a map from FERC of approved LNG facilities is here.
All this gas will be delivered to markets that currently have higher prices that the domestic US.
